presently seeking a Manager of Tenant Services

Reporting to the Director of Property Finance and Administration, the Manager of Tenant Services is responsible
for overseeing the satisfaction of tenants across all properties, ensuring exceptional service and seamless day-
to-day operations across the property portfolio. With a strong focus on communication and tenant satisfaction,
the Tenant Services Manager will oversee the Tenant Relations team and collaborate with the maintenance
team to address concerns promptly and uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and professionalism.
Whether supporting long-term residential communities or dynamic commercial spaces, the Tenant Services
Manager is committed to delivering a positive and responsive tenant experience.

This role is based in-office with occasional requirements to travel to other properties across Nova Scotia and
New Brunswick.

As Tenant Services Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Ensure Property Operations is appropriately represented in all leasing to occupancy matters
  • Provide support to Tenant Relations Managers in ensuring landlord and tenant compliance with
lease obligations
  • Work with Commercial and Internal Communications Manager to ensure that all mass tenant
communications are consistent with company expectations and brand voice
  • Develop and executes tenant relations initiatives
  • Ensure quality of move in and move out inspections
  • Ensure tenants are appropriately billed for all Additional Rent matter
  • Ensure all tenant communications are properly shared with Lease Administrators for tenant
lease files.
  • Regularly meet with Key tenants to ensure they are aware of building events/issues and
appropriate pathways for escalation
  • Ensures completion of Tenant building orientations
  • Liaise with Legal team on all residential tenancies matters impacting the residential portfolio
  • Liaise with Legal team on all insurance matters impacting the property portfolio


  • Take proactive measures to manage vacancy levels and turnover in residential buildings;
achieving compliance with budgetary measures
  • Oversee execution of tenant satisfaction surveys, if applicable
  • Work with maintenance team to develop plans for access to tenant occupied spaces for
execution of preventative maintenance programs
  • Provide input, as appropriate, to the preparation of the operating and capital budgets for the
buildings they manage
  • Oversee the operations of parking areas including vacancy’s tenant concerns, and inquires

across all properties
