What are your contributions to the team?

  • Manage project management data tools in PowerBi via importation of data through the MS office suite tools as well as update and maintain governance visibility.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide visibility of supply chain management gaps to drive process improvements.
  • Monitor trends of supply chain metrics reporting tools and reports deviations to plan.
  • Adhere to General Work Requirements.
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
  • Assist the Team with business analysis
  • Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
  • Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions

How to thrive in this role?

  • 3rd, 4th year bachelor’s in computer or software engineering or 2nd year master’s degree in business intelligence or last session in AEC in business intelligence & big data
  • You have advanced proficiency skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
  • You have proficient skills with Azure Synapse Analytics (preferred)
  • You have proficient skills with Python, SQL, Visual Basics languages (required)
  • You have strong communication skills: written and verbal, editing ability a plus
  • You have organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work independently, meet deadlines, multitask and balance various assignments
  • You have interpersonal skills: work in team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situation
  • You have the availability to work around 25-30 hours per week during the school semester

  • Virtual or on site

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
