Household Coordinator/LPN
An opportunity currently exists for a Full-time Household Coordinator at Wintergreene Estates in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings lasting enthusiasm, has a genuine love for seniors and has a genuine “can do” attitude. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of two years experience in a related environment as well as knowledge in operating a Memory Care Floor. Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan. The winning candidate will have superior communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and always with diplomacy. You enjoy people and your interpersonal skills are highly developed. Being able to multi-task and stay organized is your strength. Along with your superior people skills, you are experienced with various office software and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Supports LPNs and Residents Assistants
- Responsible for the provision of personal services, by staff, to residents that meets their needs, in a manner that maintains their independence to the greatest degree possible
- Implementing and updating Care Plans
- Ensuring medication protocol is followed
- Completing intake assessments
- Following proper discharge policies
- Communicating with Physicians
- Completing Doctor’s rounds
- Working with a budget
- Working with the Ministry of Health to meet all legislation
