We are looking for a multi-faceted Sales & Reception Coordinator who will support the continued success of our Fraser Valley / Lower Mainland East & surrounding area hearing clinics (East of the Port Mann Bridge).  This full-time permanent role will be a floating position to support HearCANADA clinics within the region based on volumes and providing coverage for core staff. This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills. Based on the nature of the role supporting multiple locations, access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.


Key Position Information:

  • $21 - $24 per hour starting compensation based on experience + eligibility to participate in our bonus program
  • 8:30 - 4:30 pm working hours Monday to Friday
  • Onsite position at our clinics
  • Travel will be expected within the defined area in Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland East area to support at different local clinics + some community events - ideal candidates will reside within Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, or surrounding areas 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic
  • Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics
  • Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Greater Victoria's number one choice for hearing care
  • Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales
  • Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic
  • Providing multi-clinic support based on volumes

What we are looking for:

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c sales
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be required
  • An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
