Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that bring new products to life. In this role, you’ll translate business needs into actionable plans, align teams around a shared vision, and use data to measure what’s working—and what’s not.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the product experience from the ground up, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to turn ideas into impactful outcomes. You bring a blend of big-picture thinking, executional focus, and a deep curiosity about what drives user and business success.
Responsibilities
- Own Feature Development: Partner with business stakeholders to collect, refine, and document product and business requirements. Translate often ambiguous needs into clear, actionable plans for technical and design teams.
- Drive Initiative Coordinations: Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to push initiatives forward with minimal supervision. Capture, document, and track decisions made in both synchronous and asynchronous settings.
- Measure Success: Define target KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders, build dashboards to track outcomes, and ensure features are optimized beyond MVP.
- Champion Success (or Failure!): Craft compelling progress updates and post-launch analyses by combining quantitative metrics and qualitative insights. Clearly communicate wins, learnings, and opportunities for iteration.
- Support GTM Strategy: Develop detailed action plans for feature launches in collaboration with Product Marketing and Marketing teams. Ensure features are positioned, launched, and iterated in accordance with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate transparent communication between team members, stakeholders, and management to maintain alignment on goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
- Excellent execution and organization skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and conflicting demands
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous issues into component parts to drive actionable recommendations
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence to get things done
- You are naturally curious and often find yourself asking, “Why?”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use data to craft a compelling story and justification for a proposed action
- Motivated by delivering product and business outcomes, with a focus on continuous team and process enhancement
- Adept at leveraging AI and other tools to minimize routine work and enhance efficiency
- Financial services experience
- Direct-to-Consumer product experience
- Familiarity with React Native
- Experimentation experience (A/B tests, etc.) and use of associated tools (e.g. Braze, Amplitude, Omni)
- Understanding of SLDC
- Familiarity with standard project management tools: Jira, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.
