Overview
The Consumer Group (CG) is transforming its Product Management function to drive innovation with velocity, customer-centricity, and data-informed strategic bets. Within the Consumer Group, TurboTax is a >$4.5B business today, yet the opportunity still ahead of us is much larger. Although we deliver a category-leading online DIY tax software for nearly 40M filers, there are still 85M American consumers who spend too much time and money on inefficient and expensive tax prep services.
This Group Product Manager role will lead our Desktop and Mobile Apps PM teams responsible for delivering our flagship TurboTax DIY product experiences on native platforms. This team is also responsible for mobile app capabilities that enable other CG teams to deliver mobile experiences.
With a growing audience of more than 15M customers doing their taxes on our native apps every year, native experiences are a critical part of the TurboTax product portfolio. This role will also lead our product vision and roadmap for fast-growing mobile-first segments including Gen Z and first-time filers.
The Group Product Manager will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy, prioritizing opportunities, and articulating a clear execution path for delivering these experiences. This role will require partnership with multiple internal organizations including our other PM innovation teams, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Data platform teams.
