This position is a full-time opportunity, based in Brandon, Manitoba.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

This is an onsite position.

The Opportunity

As the Parts Manager, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch parts department. You will ensure the strategic and operational goals of the department are met while achieving established profit targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and grow our parts business, working closely with our internal teams, customers and Vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the daily operations of the Branch Parts Department.
  • Ensure strategic and operating goals and objectives of the Parts Department are met, including achieving established profit targets.
  • Manage parts sales processes in support of our Dealers and OEM Programs.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory replenishment and control.
  • Maintain and enforce parts-related safety programs.
  • Train Dealer Parts Staff on the parts ordering process and systems.
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies to support profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Utilize ERP and inventory systems to manage online parts operations.
  • Drive customer retention and growth initiatives.
  • Lead parts marketing efforts and develop parts pricing policies.
  • Manage vendor interactions related to parts ordering and supply.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, expenses, budgets, and absorption rates to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Five years of Parts, Inventory management and supervision experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Parts counter process, warehousing practices, and vendor systems.
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Parts.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • General financial knowledge is required.

Experience

  • Parts management: 5 years (preferred).
  • Management: 3 years (preferred).
  • Heavy Equipment: 1 year (preferred).
  • Dealership: 3 years (preferred).
