Designs the product roadmap and feature set strategy, supports product marketing and delivers sales support for the industry’s leading portfolio of business jets. Whether for sales inquiries or for strategic projects, we are entrusted to deliver the voice of the customer, offer a technical insight and provide competitive intelligence to all levels of the company.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Participate as a full member of the Product Planning & Strategy team during your internship, tasked with your own projects and responsibilities.
  • Learn everything you ever wanted about fast and luxurious business jets.
  • Learn to merge highly technical engineering understanding with savvy business marketing.
  • Assist the team in the development and strategy of future products to maintain their respected market segment lead and/or grow into new segments.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic plan for each product and overall product portfolio strategy; market analysis, competitive analysis, product pricing, and product innovation.
  • Support the development of costing and pricing for the optional equipment portfolios.
  • Assist the team in marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Complete one or more projects related to the research of new technologies, the development of new aircraft analysis tools or competitive aircraft assessments. The complexity of the projects will be adapted to the interests and knowledge level of the student selected.
  • Have the flexibility to work on projects of your own interest within the scope of the team.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Are passionate about aircraft, and business jets in particular
  • Are pursuing a university degree in Engineering, (a concentration in aerospace is a definite asset) or you are pursuing an MBA and have an Engineering degree.
  • Are bilingual (French and English) and have a strong oral and written English communications skills.
  • Are able to listen critically.
  • Are assertive with an openness to new ideas.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an interest in business strategy and marketing.
  • Have solid interpersonal and networking skills, the ability to influence is a definite asset.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Display professionalism and perseverance and possess good leadership skills (or the strong desire to develop them).
  • Are available for an extension or a longer internship.
  • Located at Dorval, Québec
  • 8 or 12 months
  • A balance between virtual or on site work, dependent on projects / intern preference

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
