Your Job

We are seeking a Technology Manager to contribute across our Global Sales Operations and Marketing organization, focusing on Salesforce, Platform Architecture, data and integrations, and other tooling. As a key leader in the Sales Operations Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in effectively managing resources that develop, architect, and support our key platforms. This is a supervisor role with direct reports.

Our Team

The Digital Sales and Marketing team at Molex is a globally distributed group of architects, developers, and business technologists who support the Global Sales and Marketing organization. We collaborate closely across regions and functions to design and deliver platforms and services that enhance business efficiency, scalability, and usability across the enterprise. Practicing an Agile Scrum methodology, our team operates in fast-paced, iterative sprints to develop solutions that evolve with our customers' needs. Through tight collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, we ensure a seamless and connected customer experience—from the first digital touchpoint to long-term engagement and support. We are passionate about building resilient, secure, and user-focused platforms that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively address potential issues and develop contingency plans to ensure success.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This includes adopting best practices, implementing new tools and technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote a cohesive company culture by encouraging open communication, organizing team-building initiatives, and ensuring that all team activities and decisions align with the company's core values and overall vision.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project, platform, and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with the vision and strategy by fostering clear communication, setting measurable goals, and promoting collaborative efforts that drive organizational success.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Salesforce, Platform Engineering, SDLC, citizen development, and cloud spaces, and drive the adoption of relevant technologies within the team.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading employees, including performance reviews, development plans, and coaching.
  • Experience within Salesforce products, integration platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in software development and operations practices including CI/CD, IaC, automation, containerization, microservices, monitoring, observability, and security.
  • In depth knowledge of various cloud technologies, data, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience owning and maintaining enterprise applications.
  • Experience with modern application architectures.
  • Experience with GitLab and/or GitHub
  • Experience effectively ‘story telling’ from developers to C-level to ensure the right level of understanding and value buy-in.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Pricing operations.
  • Experience with Portals and Commerce solutions.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.
