As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and converting them to demos. You will also be a key part of the sales process and the company's success. Responsibilities include:
- Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and convert them to demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform
- Speak directly with customers via phone call, email, and LinkedIn to arrange demos
- Manage and work with the CRM
- Work directly with Sales Managers
- Be a key part of the sales process and the company's success
- High levels of drive and willingness to learn
- A desire to work in fast-paced sales environment with a significant degree of self-reliance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- 6 + months' experience working in sales
- An undergraduate degree in a science discipline
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working within the Life Science Industry, or Pharmaceutical Industry
- You'll complete our Sales Development Pathway (inc. Courses, Coaching and other resources)
- Fully remote working (Must be based in Ontario, Canada)
- $1150 (CAD) home office allowance
- $300 (CAD) personal development allowance
