Location: Fort Kent Facility – Cold Lake/Bonnyville, AB
Position Type: Full-time
Wage/Salary Range: Competitive compensation based on experience
Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Hours Per Day: 8–12 hours (flexibility required for on-call support)

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Facility Operator to join our Valued Clients team at the Fort Kent Facility near Cold Lake/Bonnyville. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Operate the facility in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain and update SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational approvals.
Assist internal and external customers with logistics and create customer-specific solutions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Perform equipment maintenance and schedule third-party contractors as needed.
Issue Safe Work Permits and oversee third-party contractor compliance.
Accurately track and log all incoming and outgoing fluids.
Perform hazard identification and incident reporting.
Manage administrative tasks including ticket filing and plant balancing.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 education or equivalent required.
Mechanical background.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and be on-call.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in waste/water management or well operations.
Previous experience in facility operations or oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance procedures.
Work Environment:
Outdoor/indoor facility setting with exposure to industrial equipment.
May include lifting, working in various weather conditions, and operating vehicles or machinery.
