Eligibility Requirements
– Thesis-based Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
– Experience with ArcGIS/QGIS and programming in R, Python, MATLAB, or C++
– Proficiency in English (IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo required for international applicants)
– Demonstrated teamwork, planning, and communication skills
