As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Hatch is looking to engage a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our financial systems, with a focus on SAP modules. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business growth. You will report to the Senior Financial Systems Analyst
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Provide ongoing support, address user inquiries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Perform Quality Assurance testing on SAP financial system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between financial and other integrated systems
- Work closely with end-users to understand pain points and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Validate financial data within SAP, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP financial modules.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth system upgrades and migrations.
- Participate in audits and assist in providing necessary documentation.
You bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university
- Minimum 3+ years’ finance experience - Preferably in accounting
- SAP experience favorable
- Ability to problem solve and seek improvements
- An attitude to take responsibility, work within a team and constantly improve
- Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, and inquisitive nature with an openness to learn and be receptive to new information
