Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
  • 4-5 years’ experience in an environmental role, ideally in the industrial sector or from the environmental consulting field
  • Data Analysis – Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over responsibilities
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Team oriented, outgoing individual who enjoys working with groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Problem-solving and adaptability
  • Process Efficiency & Innovation
  • Personable (with public speaking confidence)
  • Advance MS Office, familiar with ERP system
  • Strong experience with fieldwork, data collection, and site compliance inspections
  • Proficient in report writing and environmental metrics
  • Good understanding of Canadian Environmental regulations and protocols

Day In The Life

In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting site inspections, managing day-to-day environmental tasks, and supporting special projects that align with our environmental goals. You will lead gap analysis programs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to key initiatives like carbon reporting and environmental management planning.
