What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Major Accounts Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the satisfaction of our most important clients, providing effective communication and proactively resolving issues. This role combines the skills of an HVAC service dispatcher with a strong focus on customer service. This is an on-site only position.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with major accounts clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC service interventions, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Dispatch service technicians based on priorities and skills.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of interventions, from appointment scheduling to invoicing.
  • Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Document and track client interactions in our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of objectives.
  • Produce regular reports on customer service performance and key indicators.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a major accounts management role.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) sector is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, including CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
