We are looking for talented and experienced Programmers to join our innovative team. As a Programmer, your expertise in Crestron programming and AV systems will be crucial in delivering high-quality, customized solutions that meet our clients' needs

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design department and client stakeholders to understand and develop User Interfaces using VT Pro.
  • Develop and test code written in Simpl Windows to meet specified requirements.
  • Set up Managed Network Switches and routers.
  • Travel to sites to deploy, configure, debug code, and troubleshoot issues in person.
  • Stage and configure equipment in-house.
  • Create and manage IP Tables and relevant documentation.
  • Develop system manuals.
  • Conduct end user training.
  • Provide support (remotely or in person) to end users or technicians on-site.
  • Initiate RMA requests and liaise with manufacturer's tech support.
  • Travel to sites as needed to troubleshoot issues and perform equipment maintenance.
  • Commission completed systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of Crestron Programming.
  • Ability to remotely assess and troubleshoot issues using TeamViewer or other VNC clients.
  • CTI-301 or higher certification.
  • Proficiency in Crestron programming, debugging, and using Simpl+.
  • Experience with Crestron products.
  • Familiarity with Simpl+.
  • Excellent knowledge of audio in corporate environments for conference applications and live events.
  • Strong understanding of digital video, including EDID, HDCP content management, and scaling.
  • Expertise in networking as it pertains to AV.
  • Knowledge and experience in setting up Dante, AVB, Video over IP, and control networks.
  • Proficiency in setting up routers, managed switches, and wireless access points.
  • Experience with video calibration for video walls, projectors, etc.
  • Experience in commissioning and servicing large AV systems.
  • Ability to read and understand AV functional drawings.
  • Punctuality and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Class G driver's license.
