Job Summary: 

This isn’t only a strategy-only role. We need someone who knows how to build, launch, track, optimize & measure across all channels. Over the next 6 months to 2 years, we will need this individual to build the department. 


Reporting to

Jeffrey T. Furtado

Chief Operating Officer/ Chief Revenue Officer.


You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and solutions that produce With a solid background in Marketing, the ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns across all channels. 


Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns: Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, email, SMS, and referral sites (Capterra, G2, SourceForge, Serchen).
  • Build full-funnel marketing assets including copy, landing pages, UTM tracking, automations, and sequences.
  • Create and manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, list segmentation, and nurturing flows.
  • Support outbound sales with list building, enrichment, and pre-outreach strategy - providing them with actionable insights and leads.
  • Execute full campaigns: create the assets, write the content, launch the campaigns, track results.
  • Make basic web edits and understand how your work flows into the lifecycle of a sale.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using GTM, UTMs, conversion pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Manage branded content, SEO, and LinkedIn activity for awareness and credibility.
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales on lead quality, handoffs, and funnel metrics


Technical Lead Generation:

  • Implement marketing automation solutions to execute and track campaigns.
  • Use CRM systems (prefer HubSpot) to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.


Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements.
  • Own the reporting – traffic, conversions, CAC, pipeline influence
  • Run continuous experiments to increase lead quality, reduce CPL, and improve performance


Platform Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of various marketing platforms, including email marketing tools, social media management tools, and PPC platforms (e.g., Gartner, Google Ads etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.


Content and SEO Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and generates leads.
  • Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.


Lead Management and Segmentation:

  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and fit.
  • Segment leads and create targeted marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales funnel.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead handoff processes, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Client Facing, product marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.


Reporting and Insights:

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in CRM (prefer HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience and proficiency in all aspects and channels of Marketing.
  • Strong automation experience. 
  • Prior success with accountability to pipeline generation targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Use of 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools: 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo, SFR Analytics
  • Familiarity with the private lending industry (mortgages, LOS, underwriting)
  • Comfortable discussing borrower portals, investor reporting, and compliance workflows
  • Has worked with or sold LOS software, or deeply understands how SaaS replaces manual lending workflows
