Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about sales and customer service
1+ years experience in customer care or reception
Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with multi-line phone systems and always staying friendly and positive while providing great customer service
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Schedule: Part- Time, Weekends; Saturday 8:30 am -6:00pm, Sunday 11:00am -5:00pm
Compensation: $19.00/ hr
What Your Day Will Look Like
Customer Service: Efficiently assist both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service and promptly addressing all client inquiries.
Telephone Management: Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Administrative Duties: Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
