Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Drilling Helper to support our drillers in the field. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to a close-knit team. You’ll play a key part in helping the driller complete daily operations safely and efficiently at remote mining and exploration sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the driller with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment
Handle and organize drilling tools, rods, and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Support transportation and movement of supplies as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Driller or Site Supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license is an asset
Physically fit and comfortable working in remote outdoor environments
Willingness to travel and work in camp-based or shift-based roles
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
