The Role

As Solink’s Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own our recruitment function from end to end; building, scaling, and optimizing how we hire. You’ll lead a team of recruiters, drive hiring metrics and funnel health, and ensure every process and interaction reflects the high bar we set for talent.

This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and hands-on leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with People & Culture leadership, Finance, and department heads to execute on workforce plans and ensure we’re hiring efficiently, effectively, and with intention.

You’ll also step in when needed to carry a requisition load, particularly for critical roles or to keep pace with demand. You’ll set the tone and pace of how we hire, ensuring our recruiting engine runs at full speed while still delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Talent Acquisition Strategy - Lead the development, execution, and evolution of Solink’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it scales with the company and aligns with business, workforce, and growth priorities.
  • Recruit Strategically - Build strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement hiring strategies that are proactive, data-informed, and aligned to workforce planning.
  • Coach and Elevate - Set clear expectations for recruiters, provide structured coaching, and support their ongoing growth through feedback, enablement, and best practices. Cultivate a culture of accountability, bold thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Leadership - Partner with Sales, Engineering, and G&A leaders to understand their goals and deliver talent acquisition strategies that scale teams with quality, speed, and precision.
  • Lead Strategic Business Outcomes - Design and refine recruiting workflows and infrastructure that maximize funnel performance, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the hiring experience across departments.
  • Enhance Our Brand - Own and evolve Solink’s employer brand. Ensure every touchpoint—from outreach to offer—communicates who we are and why top performers should join us.
  • Lead with Analytics - Use data to manage the funnel, track KPIs, coach the team, and present insights to leadership. Drive accountability for outcomes across all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Tell the Talent Story - Bring Solink’s culture and mission to life across sourcing, campaigns, social, and recruiting content. Build and engage a pipeline of future Solinkians through modern, compelling storytelling.
  • Jump In When Needed - Own priority roles when the business demands it. Lead by example with hands-on execution to unblock, accelerate, or reinforce recruiting momentum.

Must-Have:

  • Leadership: You’ve led and developed high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments. You know how to set vision, drive execution, and elevate others along the way.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: You bring deep experience hiring across GTM, technical, and G&A roles—and know how to tailor strategies to different profiles while maintaining speed and quality.
  • Operational Excellence: You build systems that scale. From headcount planning to dash boarding, you operationalize hiring to drive consistent, measurable outcomes.
  • Coaching Mindset: You invest in people. You set clear expectations, give structured feedback, and create a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Data Fluency: You don’t just report metrics, you use data to coach, to diagnose, and to influence decisions across the business. You turn insights into action.
  • Collaborative Influence: You know how to build trust across leadership, align recruiting with workforce planning, and communicate with clarity, urgency, and empathy.
