The Senior Production Technical Engineer specializes in manufacturing custom Enterprise Imaging Systems, including servers, workstations, and software, following strict quality and manufacturing procedures. They independently or collaboratively lead projects of varying complexity, handling system assembly, networking, OS and software installation, quality checks, and final packaging for shipment. The role involves troubleshooting moderate to complex technical issues, escalating when necessary, and using sound judgment within established guidelines. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting final quality inspections, and contributing to process improvements. The engineer also manages hardware and software integration, documentation, inventory tracking, and remote system builds. Proficiency in multiple product lines and participation in special projects or on-site support may also be required.

Required Qualifications
- MCSA and/or A+ Certification an asset or equivalent covering Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- CCNA and/or Net+ certification is an asset (or equivalent covering Networking, NAT, VLAN, Load Balancing)
- 3 + years of experience in IT industry or similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience of leading/building large and complex Radiology or Cardiology projects
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking, Databases & Enterprise class Information Systems
- Production Standard Operating Procedures and Production Work Instructions
- Extensive IT knowledge and MS platform, some familiarity of medical imaging industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, sound understanding of Radiology or Cardiology product
- Solid time management and organizational skills, ability to handle concurrent and complex projects
- Solid customer service skills
- Self starter, able to work independently without supervision, willingness of taking initiatives and responsibilities
