Responsibilities

• Build custom decks (including composite/PVC)
• Install railings
• Pick up materials

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing installation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise during the installation process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites as needed.
