The Dedicated Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the client receives the service agreed to as stipulated in contract. The Dedicated Account Coordinator will establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the client’s representative, ensuring that lines of communication are established and continuously open. This is a temporary 13 month contract position that spans till 31st of August 2026
Day shift / Schedule: 0800 - 1700
Expectation to be on call some weekends- schedule to be determined

- Tracking and coordinating staff training
- Attend security and safety meetings on site
- Answers directly to a Senior Account Manager
- Weekly site visits
- A diploma from a recognized institution in Security technology or equivalent would be an asset.
- Minimum 1+ years in a physical security environment.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent would be an asset.
- Time Management skills
- Professional and self motivated.
- Superior customer service / interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills (verbal / written)
- Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to prioritize job functions under stressful circumstances.
- Commitment to continued learning.
