What are your contributions to the team?

  • Extract, analyze, and organize data to produce reports on sales performance, market participation, and financial trends.
  • Support senior executives in developing and implementing risk management strategies and governance processes throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Maintain program dashboards and ensure compliance with deadlines and key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to address defense-related program issues.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentation materials for leadership and external stakeholders, including data visualizations using Think-Cell.
  • Track and update customer contracts, sales pipeline, and proposal status using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on program objectives and progress.
  • Conduct data analysis, including cost-per-flight-hour metrics, and support strategic ad hoc projects.
  • Participate in governance meetings and build internal networks to gather relevant insights and information.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Currently pursuing university studies in computer science, finance, business, or a related field, with exposure to databases and spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong skills in logical spreadsheet formulas, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Proficient in Excel, web applications, Outlook, and databases such as Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Well-organized with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and punctuality, especially when working with high-level executives.
  • Good presentation skills and proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.
  • Able to meet deadlines, enjoy teamwork, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace or maintenance industry is considered an asset.
  • This is a full-time internship position, requiring 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.

  • Duration: 8 months
  • Virtual or on site

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
