We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist with strong experience in Tableau and/or Power BI, and .Business Intelligence, Data Analysis. In this remote role based in Canada.
What You'll Do:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science
Certifications: Tableau or Power BI certifications are a strong plus
What You'll Do:
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
- Build stunning, executive-facing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI that inform decisions at the highest levels, including the COO and executive leadership.
- Deliver high-impact insights that influence strategic business decisions, operational improvements, and future planning.
- Conduct root cause analysis to solve business challenges and present your findings in a clear, actionable way.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast business outcomes and provide recommendations based on predictive analytics.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs and help shape our BI tools and analytics strategy.
- Proven expertise (5+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Ability to translate complex business questions into intuitive, executive-ready analytics dashboards.
