Reports To: Customer Success Supervisor

The Role:

Providing over the phone and email support for valuation services customers, consumers, and internal teams to JD Power.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

Your role will provide front line support and will be the face of JD Power vehicle valuations.



What You'll Be Doing In This Role

  • Answer inbound phone inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Answer inbound email inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Provide support to valuation services team members and internal JD Power team members. 
  • No weekends Shift 9:30am-6:00pm EST and during training 8:15am-6:15pm EST availability required for an 8 hour shift

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a customer facing/service-oriented role.
  • Previous experience with inbound calls or customer response emails.
  • Ability and responsibility to provide gold level customer service and sales information to JD Power vehicle valuation current customers and potential customers.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams & MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Contact center or inbound phone call center experience
  • Knowledge or passion for vehicles
