Are you obsessed with TikTok and Instagram? Do you love capturing moments IRL and turning them into high-energy, scroll-stopping content? Knix is looking for a Content Creator (Retail) to join our team and help us bring the magic of our retail stores to life.In this role, you’ll create compelling social content that showcases the in-store experience and helps drive traffic and engagement. From filming UGC-style videos to highlighting new product drops, styling moments, and community events, you'll be on the ground capturing the Knix experience in real time.
This three month paid internship offers 20–30 hours per week in a flexible hybrid model, allowing you to balance work and life while contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact!

What You’ll Do
- Create Engaging Content: Film and edit TikToks and Reels that spotlight what makes Knix retail stores worth visiting. From the product experience to the fitting rooms to our incredible store teams
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Step in front of the camera and show off your on-screen energy, helping to bring Knix’s bold, empowering brand to life
- Stay Trendy: Identify relevant trends, sounds, and formats that align with our brand and retail goals
- Support Campaign Moments: Capture seasonal product launches, in-store events, influencer visits, and activations that can be amplified across channels
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the retail marketing and social teams to ensure your content aligns with brand strategy and storytelling goals
- Drive Engagement: Use social best practices e.g., trending hashtags to thumb-stopping captions to increase reach and visibility
- Experience creating original, on-camera content for TikTok or Instagram (UGC-style is a plus)
- Comfortable filming in public and interacting with retail staff/customers
- Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut (bonus points Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro)
- Deep understanding of social trends, particularly those that drive IRL discovery
- A positive attitude, self-starter energy, and strong organizational skills
- Bonus: Experience with retail or fashion brands

- Flexible hybrid work schedule (must be available to visit local Knix stores)
- Exposure to retail marketing, brand strategy, and social media planning
