This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrate the CEO's strategic calendar, ensuring all meetings have clear objectives, comprehensive agendas, and are aligned with company priorities
- Execute mission-critical HR initiatives including headcount budget management and designing onboarding processes that immediately integrate new talent into our unique operational framework
- Spearhead workflow optimization across departments, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that measurably enhance productivity
- Performing passive administrative tasks without seeking opportunities for systemic improvement
- Managing direct reports or functioning as a traditional team leader
- Running personal errands or handling matters unrelated to business optimization
- Working within rigid processes—this role demands continuous innovation and refinement
- Drive organizational excellence by optimizing workflow efficiency, productivity management systems, and talent acquisition processes that directly impact the company's ability to scale and deliver exceptional results
- Elevate the CEO's effectiveness by strategically managing administrative functions, enabling leadership to focus on high-value business initiatives
- Minimum 2 years of proven performance in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or equivalent role where you directly influenced operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated expertise with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, with evidence of leveraging these technologies to enhance productivity
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset that identifies optimization opportunities across diverse business functions
