What You'll Be Doing
- Bring concepts to life by preparing detailed architectural drawings using Revit
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to translate design visions into reality
- Conduct on-site visits to collect measurements and assess feasibility
- Refine and revise technical drawings based on team and client feedback
- Ensure all work aligns with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation packages, including specifications and reports
- Keep project files, drawings, and communications well-organized and up to date
- Stay informed on innovative building materials, trends, and sustainable practices
- 3+ years of experience working with Revit (required)
- 3+ years of architectural experience in a studio or project setting (required)
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and Ontario Building Code
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices is an asset
