As our next Fluid Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining the performance and cleanliness of CNC machines, part washers, and fluid systems that support production. Your expertise in equipment cleaning, fluid handling, and safety compliance will be essential to supporting smooth manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor and log fluid concentrations throughout your shift
• Top off and adjust fluid concentrations as needed
• Clean CNC machines by removing oil, coolant, sludge, and chips, then refill for production
• Maintain and clean coolant trays and drip pans
• Clean and service deburring and part washing equipment and tanks
• Dispense used fluids and manage fluid disposal
• Follow all Quality and Environmental Health & Safety system requirements
• Perform additional duties as required by the Production Supervisor
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Legible handwriting and clear written communication
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with CNC operations or fluid maintenance systems
• Experience working on a rotating or continental shift schedule
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude toward machine readiness
