Reporting to the Manager, Logistics Engineering, and supporting primarily the Central Region Distribution Centre and it’s management team, Master is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Engineering Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency by identifying areas of improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes within our Distribution Centre and across the entire network. By leveraging your industrial engineering expertise and relentless focus on efficiency, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

What you will accomplish with us:
Process Analysis And Optimization
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in a Distribution Centre or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge and practical application of lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and industrial engineering techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools.
Advanced knowledge in SQL (requirement) and PowerBI/Alteryx (requirement)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Motivated and eager self-starter, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence
Knowledge of AutoCad software (required) to assist with Distribution Center layout designs.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA required) and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Visio an asset)
Knowledge/understanding of ERP and WMS software (SX Enterprise, and TWL software an asset).
Position located in Vaughan, Ontario. Occasional travel may be required (Canada/US)
French language an asset
Compensation Information
Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year
Other types of compensation include: Annual bonus

- Executing a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with
Process Analysis And Optimization
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives, including lean methodologies, Six
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes
- Writing training materials, work procedures (SOPs) and process modeling
- Develop and establish performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and track improvement progress. Regularly monitor, report, and analyze KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators, process
- Navigate and make sense of unrefined raw data (SQL database)
- Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals,
- Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive
- Provide training and guidance to employees on process improvement initiatives, tools, and techniques.
- Oversee the design and layout of distribution centers to ensure optimal utilization of space, efficient material flow, and alignment with safety and operational standards. Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to implement design changes that enhance productivity and operational excellence
