What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver one-on-one and group recreation and leisure programs/activities to clients.
- Assess clients' recreation and leisure needs, developing and coordinating therapeutic recreation plans.
- Evaluate outcomes and objectives to ensure the well-being of our clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social agencies, and recreational groups to resolve client program issues.
- Contribute to the organization and delivery of Recreation Therapy services, participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education.
- Casual Employment: Enjoy the flexibility of casual work requirements ranging from 0 to 37.5 hours per week.
- Day Shift Hours: Work convenient day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
