Software Developer II, AI/ML, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with generative AI and back-end development.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Experience in AI Quality developing.
• Experience with Conversational AI technologies.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable products and services for external customers.
• Experience building products leveraging AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of web front-end technologies for rapid UI prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows for data analysis and insight extraction. As well as AI Agents, tools, and connectors to enable integration with supporting infrastructure and services.
• Source, curate, and prepare evaluation datasets; develop and implement metrics; and evaluate the AI performance.
• Build back-end services, such as product catalog processing and clustering.
• Scope, design, and implement infrastructure components to ensure service reliability.
• Collaborate with external customers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
