The person in this position will have to promote refrigeration HVAC products to customers, evaluate their needs and submit proposals which will turn into sales in most cases.

What you will accomplish with us:

Identification of client’s needs & resources, and proposal of appropriate products or services;

Supply data for the design of a specific product to be adapted to clients’ needs;

Ability to draft and communicate reports and proposals to positively demonstrate benefits of product or service to influence the buying decision;

Evaluation of installation & maintenance costs for products or services;

Contacting customers after the sale to resolve problems and ensure full satisfaction;

Ability to resolve technical problems related to product;

Work closely with the outside sales team;

Training client personnel for the use and maintenance of material, if needed;

All Other Responsibilities As Assigned By Supervisor/Manager.

What You Bring to Our Team:

High School Degree with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC-R sales and/or service OR Technical Degree in a relevant field

Knowledge of Refrigeration, Components and equipment, an asset

Sales and/or product related training programs

Experience in retail sales or technical related field

Knowledge of MS Office programs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good sales abilities and persuasiveness

Team player

Ability to work under pressure

Good organization skills, ability to prioritize and punctuality

Initiative & resourcefulness

Efficiency, diplomacy et courtesy

Compensation Information:

Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
