How will you make an impact in this role?
As a member of our Product Excellence team, you will be responsible for leading legacy Consumer, Commercial and Co-brand product processes to ensure consistency, drive efficiencies and create a culture of supporting the product teams to allow the business to meet their strategic goals. If you are a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, have a passion for driving process efficiencies, and are keen to continually develop and hone your strong project management skills by championing initiatives from conceptualization through implementation, this is the role for you.
Specific role responsibilities include:
- Management of asset inventory and insertion schedule for product welcome kits.
- Support with product control activities and audits.
- Project management of regulatory changes.
- Uplifts to product assets.
- Collateral management.
- Relationship management.
- Process management.
- University Degree (preferably Business/Marketing) with minimum 1-2 years of marketing or project management work experience.
- Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Experience developing and managing relationships.
- Proven ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; emphasis on proposal development and the creation/delivery of effective presentations.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a demanding environment.
- Proven ability to lead change and set priorities, with capacity to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities.
- Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships across the Blue Box to accomplish goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
