We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Engineer with good C4E experience to join our dynamic team! The Center for Enablement (C4E) is a central initiative committed to promoting reuse, agility, and efficiency in our development processes. As a C4E Engineer, you will have a key role in promoting standard methodologies, ensuring effective communication among teams, and facilitating the successful implementation of MuleSoft applications.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Excellent experience with design and development of MuleSoft applications following API-led connectivity principles.
  • MuleSoft Platform experience : Excellent knowledge on MuleSoft cloud hub platform and have good knowledge on Mule RTF platform on AKS or similar cloud environment
  • Enablement: Drive the adoption of C4E practices across development teams to enhance agility and reuse.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate inter-team communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Training: Lead training sessions and workshops to educate teams on C4E methodologies and standard processes for MuleSoft.
  • Documentation: Ensure detailed documentation of processes, guidelines, and standard methodologies.
  • Monitoring Progress: Monitor and report on metrics to track the progress and impact of C4E initiatives.
  • Client Management: Engage with internal clients to understand their needs and ensure their active participation in C4E processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years confirmed experience in MuleSoft development and implementation.
  • 7+ years overall Software Development
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, source code control, automated testing, and deployment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Certifications: MuleSoft certification of MCD Level 1 is a must, MCD Level 2, MCPA and MCIA will give additional edge on other profiles.

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
