Kichton Construction LP is hiring Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians for their Fort McMurray, AB shop. This full-time role offers competitive wages, bonuses, and growth opportunities in a dynamic oilfield environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in diagnostics and committed to safety and quality.
Perks & Benefits
- $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
- Overtime after 8 hours/day
- $2/hour bonus and raise eligibility after 90 days

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certificate
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in mining or oilfield)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel for field work
- Own hand tools up to 1-1/4”
- WHMIS 2015 and ability to pass drug & alcohol testing
- Experience in a mine setting
- Proficient in fault code diagnostics and service documentation
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
