We are looking for a Transportation Manager, day shift, at our Quebec City facility.
The Transport Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and activities of operations related to sorting, delivery and pick-up; including personnel allocation and management, analysis and planning of activities, in collaboration with the other members of his/her operations team.
Location: 7000, Rue Armand-Viau, Québec, Qc, G2C 2C4
Shift schedule: 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday
Salary: to be discussed, according to grade 9 scale

Manage and supervise sort operations.
Manage a group of unionized employees.
Create a positive work environment, building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere.
Responsible for achieving objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard.
Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indices.
Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, counseling and recognition.
Responsible for communicating and implementing policy, procedure or programs.
Responsible for completing a variety of reports and documents.
All other related and assigned duties.
