We are looking for a strategic and outcomes-driven Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics Platform to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics capabilities that empower external auditors and financial professionals to work more effectively with engagement data.

You’ll lead the development of intuitive workflows that enable accounting professionals to transform raw data into actionable insights. While data and analytics will be your core focus, you’ll also explore how emerging technologies, such as our AI Digital Assistant (AiDA)can enhance the user experience.

If you have experience or familiarity with the external audit, audit, or financial accounting domains, you’ll thrive in this role by applying your understanding of practitioner workflows to deliver real value.

This is a Full-time permanent position

Location: This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at 351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Data & Analytics Platform with a focus on solving the needs of audit and accounting professionals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers with strong product discovery and execution capabilities.
  • Develop features and workflows to simplify how users import, validate, and analyze data within the context of audit & financial reporting engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Engage with external auditors, financial accountants, and other stakeholders to gather insights, test ideas, and validate solutions in the field
  • Identify opportunities to enhance traditional data workflows with AI where appropriate - ensuring all enhancements deliver measurable value to users.
  • Partner with product and solution teams across Caseware to integrate data capabilities consistently across the product suite.
  • Track adoption and engagement metrics to assess success, inform iterations, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals


What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-focused software environments
  • Experience in external audit, audit, financial accounting, or other highly regulated profession or industry is a plus
  • Proven experience leading product teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data pipelines, processing, validation, and visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with the workflows, reporting standards, and regulatory considerations relevant to auditors and accountants.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Passion for building software that simplifies complex workflows and drives measurable customer value.
  • Interest in exploring emerging technologies (e.g., AI) as a complementary force—not a gimmick.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
