We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team!

In This Role, You Will:
- Develop project strategies, goals, KPI’s and plans that enable supply chain performance and effectiveness.
- Lead strategic initiatives that require balancing short-term execution with long-term goals.
- Lead the planning and scheduling team to optimize production efficiency and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Own the end-to-end planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Navigate and resolve complex supply chain challenges, including global sourcing constraints, supplier risks, and fluctuating demand.
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain agility, resilience and responsiveness.
- Act as a change agent, championing new tools and processes that improve operational excellence.
- Optimize product cost, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery through strategic scheduling – reducing costs while improving the customer experience through on time delivery.
- Strategically and purposefully grow overall supply chain performance capabilities.
- Build an accountable high-performance team focused on effectiveness and performance results.
- Manage and sustain strategic relationships including those with employees, suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
- Provide supply chain support for technical projects using best practice project management tools and processes while ensuring close collaboration and integration with Engineering, Sales and Project Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with Moog policies, processes, and contractual requirements.

- Knowledge of purchasing practices, ISO requirements and ERP systems (SAP experience an asset).
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of equivalent supply chain or program management in a manufacturing environment.
- Supply chain certifications (SCMP, CIPP) would be an asset.
