• Develop project strategies, goals, KPI’s and plans that enable supply chain performance and effectiveness.
• Lead strategic initiatives that require balancing short-term execution with long-term goals.
• Lead the planning and scheduling team to optimize production efficiency and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Own the end-to-end planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Navigate and resolve complex supply chain challenges, including global sourcing constraints, supplier risks, and fluctuating demand.
• Drive cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain agility, resilience and responsiveness.
• Act as a change agent, championing new tools and processes that improve operational excellence.
• Optimize product cost, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery through strategic scheduling – reducing costs while improving the customer experience through on time delivery.
• Strategically and purposefully grow overall supply chain performance capabilities.
• Build an accountable high-performance team focused on effectiveness and performance results.
• Manage and sustain strategic relationships including those with employees, suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
• Provide supply chain support for technical projects using best practice project management tools and processes while ensuring close collaboration and integration with Engineering, Sales and Project Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with Moog policies, processes, and contractual requirements.

What you Bring:

• Proven experience building and leading high-performance teams.
• Skill in leading and developing front line leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to set direction and execute on plans.
• Action and results orientation with strong experience identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives resulting in resolutions to complex end-to-end supply chain issues.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills in the coordination of activities among variable sized groups of different functional backgrounds.
• Proven capability and experience working collaboratively in a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.
• Comfortable working at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to identify capability gaps and develop and stretch team members to meet their full potential.
• Strong communication skills in the form of written, verbal, and formal presentation.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices, ISO requirements and ERP systems (SAP experience an asset).
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of equivalent supply chain or program management in a manufacturing environment.
• Supply chain certifications (SCMP, CIPP) would be an asset.
