- Hold a current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Have a current Heart Save Level of CPR.
- Possess a current certificate in Credentialing (MDS).
- Hold a current AIS certification.
- Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role.
- Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.
- A current RPNAO membership.
- Demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the Retirement and Lont-Term Care sector (e.g. RAI processes and CIHI, supplies, equipment ordering, etc.)
