Burroughs is looking for Service Technicians based in Edmonton, Alberta to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our service team—installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge cash automation and self-service equipment at customer sites across the region.

- Install, maintain, and service cash automation and self-service equipment across customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and within SLA timelines.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools and parts.
- Strong interest in electronics, mechanical systems, or related technical fields.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and a professional, self-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary technical training is a plus.
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 75 lbs.
- Previous experience with ATM or cash automation equipment is an asset.
