Sr. Manager Manufacturing

Curtiss-Wright Corporation

Contract type: Full time
Sr. Manager, Manufacturing

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead all aspects of production and shop floor operations at our Mississauga site. This is a pivotal leadership role within our organization, responsible not just for managing throughput and output, but for shaping the culture and driving meaningful modernization and transformation across the shop floor.

We’re not looking for someone who manages from an office, we want a leader who is on the shopfloor, present, visible, and respected. An evolved, contemporary leader who is as comfortable building up and empowering their supervisors and operators as they are streamlining processes. A coach and a doer. Someone who inspires others, holds a high standard, and knows how to get results while investing in people.

This is a high-mix, low-volume, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment that requires deliberate leadership and a proactive approach to planning and execution.
