Must Haves
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications in an enterprise IT environment.
- 3 years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications for complex engagements.
- 5 years of experience facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.
- 3 years of experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries or departments.
- 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, including drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
