Founded in 2008, BarChef has been recognized globally as a leader in the cocktail industry. We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Manager to help lead our team as we continue to grow.
We are a cocktail company that is committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Duties Include But Not Limited To
Assist and oversee service and service staff through entire shift
Enforce and direct service standards
Serve a section on days that the General Manager is present
Knowledge of food, cocktails, and spirits
Co-management of the cocktail bar’s administrative duties and events
Develop FOH staff
Work closely with the General Manager: acting as the liaison to accomplish company standards
Perform all closing duties including locking up the bar and ensuring all procedures are followed.
Lead by example in all areas: hard work; punctuality and clear communication with other managers and employees.
Maintain and advance the level of service on the part of the staff
Ensure guests enjoy the BarChef experience!
Skills & Requirements
3+ years of restaurant experience required
Strong food and beverage knowledge required
Exceptional service and floor skills
High volume restaurant experience
Detail oriented, organized, professional, and always looking for improvements.
Must be available Friday thru Monday
