Reporting to the Director of Project Management & Construction, you'll contribute to seamless project coordination and delivery, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. What you’ll be doing

Ownership of Design Coordination & Manufacturing Oversight:

• Take full ownership of ensuring project designs align with manufacturing capabilities and client specifications.
• Proactively identify, address, and document all design and constructability issues, embodying an owner's mindset to see problems as opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate closely with in-house design and technical professionals.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the resolution and closure of each issue, demonstrating a strong commitment to project success.

Leadership in Delivery & Installation:

• Lead the development of comprehensive installation plans and procedures, showing ownership of the entire process from planning to execution.
• Create a detailed project schedule using Microsoft Project, holding regular update meetings and coordinating logistics for on-time delivery of facade panels.
• Exhibit an owner's mindset by traveling to project sites to oversee installation processes personally.
• Developing relationships with the client's team and ensuring that all activities adhere to safety standards and project timelines.

Internal Process Optimization Across Departments:

• Actively engage in streamlining workflows across multiple departments to enhance efficiency in the design, production, and installation phases.
• Implement and advocate for best project management practices, tailored to the unique needs of prefabricated façade panel manufacturing.
• Embrace an owner’s mindset by continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve tracking and execution of work.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-departmental collaboration.

Comprehensive Stakeholder Communication:

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all internal stakeholders, fostering an environment of open dialogue and collaboration.
• Approach external client interactions with a professional and calm demeanor, always looking to provide solutions.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes across various departments, embracing an owner’s mindset to drive project alignment and success.

Rigorous Quality Assurance:

• Take ownership of implementing and monitoring quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the highest standards of product excellence.
• Lead by example, showing a commitment to quality that inspires your team and satisfies clients.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications, but even if you don't meet all the criteria, we still encourage you to apply!

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the construction or manufacturing sector, or working for a general contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Project Management (PMP) Certification.
• Ideally the candidate possesses knowledge of facade panel design, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to manage the complexities of manufacturing projects.
• Ability to deal with a multitude of departments working in parallel to achieve a common goal.
• Able to multi-task on several projects at once, while maintaining organized minutes, tracking tools and schedules to support providing updates to direct reports.
• Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Project.
• Proficient knowledge using Bluebeam and Procore is an asset.
• Proficient knowledge and keen interest in utilizing spreadsheets to conceptualize tasks and issues into a clean and understandable format.
• Encompass an owner’s entrepreneurial mindset.
• Eagerness to learn about prefabricated/modular industry and to play an active role in the development of the department and company at whole.
