In this role, you will

  • Collect data and documents from various sources and upload into client databases.
  • Assist with incoming mail, outgoing mail-outs and other office administrative tasks
  • Assist with various functional area tasks (such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)
  • Assist accounting managers with projects and tasks as needed.
  • Assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and a variety of accounting activities and responsibilities.
  • Be able to grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

  • Working towards an Accounting or Finance degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution OR recently graduated
  • An interest in Real Estate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

Bonus Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Experience using Yardi Voyageur /PayScan

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings in British Columbia, Colliers is disclosing the following information Approximate Hourly Range for this Role $18- $23

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
