What You Will Do
The Team Manager, Business Analysis, works with the departmental Manager in the oversight of a team of Business Analysts. The Team Manager will support the Manager in prioritizing projects and assigning resources as well as providing guidance and direction to the team. The Team Manager will serve as a business and technical subject matter expert, acting as a consultant to IS and divisional business partners to address deliverables
associated with the SDLC.

What You Will Do
The Team Manager, Business Analysis, works with the departmental Manager in the oversight of a team of Business Analysts. The Team Manager will support the Manager in prioritizing projects and assigning resources as well as providing guidance and direction to the team. The Team Manager will serve as a business and technical subject matter expert, acting as a consultant to IS and divisional business partners to address deliverables
associated with the SDLC.
- Actively participates in prioritization and project resource assignments, effectively balancing demand and supply
- Provide support & direction for the successful implementation of projects
- Work with the departmental manager to regularly assess the skillset of current department staff to ensure that the BA team meets both the business and technical needs as well as expectations of IS and divisional business partners through requirements planning, analysis, elicitation and BRD output
- Coaching, Development & Performance Management
- Completed College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of mutual fund industry experience preferably with an operational focus
- 5+ years SDLC Business Analysis experience
- 2+ experience working within a leadership position
- Innovation & Creativity Explores creative ideas and solutions through innovative tools such as AI, ChatGPT and Automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of products and/or applications in the business supported units Strong planning, preparation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of documentation and documentation management tools Knowledge of software, project management life cycle methodologies, tools and exposure to one or more full life cycle projects
- Understanding of Business Analyst best practice standards, procedures, methodologies and guidelines
- Proven ability to multi-task
