Your future duties and responsibilities
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must Have Skills:
- Self-starter with the ability to break down assignments and follow through with minimal guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to generate high-quality product (low re-work/errors).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong Data Analysis and Data Manipulation Skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel and Access.
- 8+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst supporting the delivery of Finance Reporting solutions, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Data Analysis capacity.
- Proficient experience with Software Development LifeCycle process, Iterative Waterfall and IT terms and methods.\
- Strong SQL skills, ability to create and run SQLs on databases in order to retrieve and compare data for gap analysis
- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Ability to guide and recommend solutions based on the analysis (business team is new and required much guidance from IT team)
- Experience with loan loss provisioning, impaired loans
- Experience with web-based Financial Reporting application.
- Experience with Risk reporting and/or credit risk analytics.
- Experience at a large banking or financial services organization
