- Participate in the development of standard team methodologies;
- Conduct floor observations;
- Plan and conduct production time studies;
- Compile and analyze data and write an improvement opportunity report;
- Estimate times using an application guide.
- Support redesign and workplace organization;
- Participate in process improvements through Bombardier's Operational Excellence program.
- Gather information from SAP;
- Build and optimize assembly line balancing to support continuous improvement.
- Create and automate documents, tools, and templates, document and improve processes.
- You are an excellent communicator, both oral and written, in French and functional in English.
- You work well in a team and interact easily with others.
- You are proactive, dynamic, punctual, and professional.
- You are autonomous with a customer-oriented approach.
- You are organized and able to meet deadlines.
- You are interested in continuous improvement/Lean Manufacturing/process improvement.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a good understanding of Visual Basic.
- Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1
- Duration: 8 months
